Chemical Assessment Expert ("KDU") Training (July 2024)

Within the scope of the Regulation on Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals published in the Official Gazette with the repetition number 30105 on June 23, 2017 by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, Chemical Assessment Expert ("KDU") training will be organized for 8 days and 64 hours.


Within the scope of the Regulation, the following evaluations will be made by KDU.


PHYSIOCHEMICAL ASSESSMENT

ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARD ASSESSMENT

HUMAN HEALTH HAZARD ASSESSMENT

PERSISTENT, BIOACCUMULATIVE AND TOXIC (PBT) & VERY PERSISTENT AND VERY BIOACCUMULATIVE (vPvB) ASSESSMENT

EXPOSURE ASSESSMENT

RISK CHARACTERIZATION


In addition, the registration dossier prepared for the registration of substances should be examined by KDU.


In order to become a KDU, it is necessary to attend the training to be given by the Turkish Chemical Manufacturers Association and to be successful in the exam to be held by the Turkish Standards Institute (TSE). Candidates who are successful in the exam will be certified by TSE as KDU


Training and Exam Schedule

Training Dates: 16-17-18-19-22-23-24-25 July 2024

The training will be held between 09:30 and 17:30

During the training, practical applications will take place along theoretical training.

Exam date: 26 July 2024



In case a maximum of 11 people attend the Chemical Evaluation Specialist Training and Exam due to the Covid-19 outbreak, The training will be in the following address: Kozyatağı Mahallesi, İbrahim Ağa Sok. No: 8, SOM Plaza, Floor:7 Bostancı, Kadıköy İSTANBUL. If there is any change in the address, a notification e-mail will be sent to you before the training. If the number of participants in the Chemical Evaluation Specialist Training and Exam is less than 3, the training and exam may be cancelled.


Chemical Assessment Expert Training and Examination By TSE Personnel Certification Directorate, instructors, inadequacy of the training environment, contract cancellation, software system problems, natural disasters, etc In case of problems, the training and exam will be canceled unilaterally.
