An important development has taken place regarding the registration obligations for chemical substances manufactured or imported under the Regulation on the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (KKDİK).

As a result of the meetings of the Chemicals Advisory Group established within the framework of the Procedures and Principles published by the General Directorate of Environmental Management of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanisation and Climate Change, it has been made possible to carry out temporary registration processes individually due to difficulties in determining the lead company.

In this context:

• Individual temporary registration files may be submitted by companies via the Chemical Registration System (KKS), clearly stating the reason.

• Final application date: 30 September 2026

It is important for our members to review their obligations under KKDİK and, where necessary, complete their individual temporary registration applications within the specified timeframe.
