Under the official letter communicated by the Ministry of Industry and Technology, the Law on the Prohibition of the Development, Production, Stockpiling and Use of Chemical Weapons contains important regulations for the control of toxic chemical substances and precursors. In this context, Based on Article 4, all companies that produce, import, use or possess chemical substances are required to complete the 2025 Past Year Reporting Form and submit it to the relevant ministry by 31 January 2026 at the latest.

The purpose of this obligation is to ensure the safe tracking of chemical substances and to collect the necessary data to prevent potential hazards. It is of great importance for public health and environmental safety that companies comply with these regulations.

In this context, it is essential that our member companies are informed about this obligation. It is critically important for companies to fulfil their legal obligations by completing and submitting the specified form to the Ministry in a timely manner. We therefore request that all our members be informed accordingly and that the process be monitored.
