In a letter received by our Association from the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB),
it is stated that the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry has completed technical work on a comprehensive draft Water Law designed to meet current needs regarding the protection of water resources, the prevention, remediation and improvement of pollution, the allocation of water resources, and the monitoring, supervision and efficient use of water resources, as well as the provision of sustainable management.
We kindly request that you prepare any comments or suggestions regarding the draft, in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation on the Procedures and Principles for the Preparation of Legislation, using the Opinion Submission Form provided in the Annex, and submit them via email to Yasemin Kayhan (yasemin.kayhan@tksd.org.tr) and the Turkish Chemical Manufacturers Association (tksd@tksd.org.tr) by email no later than the close of business on Monday, 27 April.
