Dear Members,

Pursuant to the official letter sent by the First Regional Directorate of the General Directorate of Highways to ICA on 01.09.2025, vehicles transporting hazardous materials that have passed through the Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge under annual permits will be required to travel in convoys starting from 15 September 2025.

Note: Hazardous materials listed in the attached list, which are covered by ADR and have been crossing without joining a convoy under the annual permits obtained from the General Directorate of Highways, will be required to join a convoy for each crossing starting from 15 September 2025. The application has been updated accordingly.
