Ministry of Environment, Urbanisation and Climate Change, 

i. Article 59 of the Regulation on the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (Türkiye REACH, KKDİK), published on 23/06/2017 and numbered 30105, and & 

ii. Articles 26(1) and 38(3) of the Regulation on the Classification, Labelling and Packaging of Substances and Mixtures (SEA, Türkiye CLP) published on 11/12/2013 and numbered 28848, has published the Revolving Fund Unit Price list for 2026.

This announcement summarises the updated administrative fees applicable to registrations, updates and requests under the KKDIK and SEA Regulations.

It is strongly recommended that 2026 compliance strategies and budget planning be reviewed in light of these official figures.

The updated prices reflect a 25-26% increase compared to 2025 prices. All prices quoted here include 20% VAT and are in Turkish Lira (TRY) per item.
