The "Regulation on the Export and Import of Certain Harmful Chemicals" prepared by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change within the scope of harmonization of the PIC Regulation was published in the Official Gazette dated 28 January 2023 and numbered 32087. It is obligatory to inform the Ministry about the amount exported or imported.
