Significant changes have been made to occupational health and safety training for employees following the entry into force of the Regulation on the Procedures and Principles of Occupational Health and Safety Training for Employees, which was published in the Official Gazette on 2 April 2026.

As part of a preliminary assessment carried out by our Association, the key points of the regulation are summarised below:
