The “Draft Regulation on Fire Protection of Buildings” prepared by the General Directorate of Vocational Services of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization, and Climate Change, is hereby shared with you as an attachment for your information.
We kindly request that your opinions and suggestions regarding this Draft—which sets out the fire protection measures to be taken during the design, construction, use, and operation of all structures, buildings, and facilities—be entered into the attached Opinion Submission Form and sent via email to yasemin.kayhan@tksd.org.tr, doga.tuzcuoglu@tksd.org.tr, and tksd@tksd.org.tr by the end of the working day on August 5, 2025.
To support better understanding of the current “Regulation on Fire Protection of Buildings” a Guidance Document prepared by the General Directorate of Vocational Services of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization, and Climate Change with the aim of addressing practical issues encountered during implementation has also been included among the attachments.
