We are pleased to announce that the 2026 cycle, during which data for 2025 will be reported via the Responsible Care® KPI Webtool, has commenced.

DEADLINE for the 2026 KPI Cycle: 30 September 2026

In this context, you can find the 2026 editions of the ICCA KPI WEBTOOL REPORTING GUIDE, which explains the interface and use of the Webtool, and the ICCA PERFORMANCE REPORTING GUIDE, which provides information on the content, scope and calculation methodology of the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to be included in the reporting, in the ‘Attachments’ section below.

Important Reminder: Cefic has announced that, as part of the 2026 reporting cycle, retrospective data entry will be possible for 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024 in addition to 2025 data. However, it is anticipated that the retrospective data entry option will be removed in 2027. In this regard, in order to establish a robust KPI database on European chemical companies, we kindly request our valued members to consider retrospective reporting, where possible, after completing their current data entries.
