An significant and optimistic development for the chemical industry: The Ministry of Trade updated the “Circular on Trademark and Turquality® Support” on May 14, 2024.
For chemical companies that receive Turquality® brand support under this Circular, REACH registration has been included in the scope of incentives after the evaluation of the Ministry of Trade. You can see this information in Article 11, subparagraph ç) of the Circular.
Since this registration is a huge cost, these high incentive rates will directly affect exports to Europe and will provide an advantage for chemical companies that are entitled to receive this support against competitors. It can be an incentive strategic work for companies that have not yet qualified for this support (Turquality-brand certificate is a work carried out by the Ministry of Trade).
