Within the scope of KKDIK Regulation, a visit was made to the Ministry of Commerce, General Directorate of Product Safety and Inspection, Department of Legislation and Environment on March 23, 2023, and consultations were held on the subject.

Again, within the scope of the KKDIK Regulation, a visit was made to the General Directorate of Environmental Management of the Ministry of ÇŞ&İD on the same day, and consultations were held with Eyyüp Karahan, the Directorate General of Environmental Management, and Nihat Yaman, the Head of the Chemicals Management Department.

In addition, according to the information we received during the meeting we held at the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, it was informed that the Governorships and Provincial Directorates of Environment will be subject to inspections within the scope of KKDIK and Persistent Organic Pollutants and that the compliance of industrial companies with KKDIK with the legislation will be questioned.
